Suli and the guy at KNS have done us right. We have a business that has two different offices in two different towns. The computers need to run on the same system. Each office has at least 12 computers. In the past, we had a different company doing IT for us and it was always a mess. Networks and computers always having problems. The worst part was the other companies costumer service was awful. With KNS we have far less problems! And if we do run into a problem Suli is always very quick to respond when we reach out and usually has it fixed right away. Our computers system is vital to our business and we have been please and impressed with KNS. They will be our IT for years to come. The guys at KNS are also taking care of our personal IT issues from problems with our iPhones to internet problems at home, they take care of it all. All it takes is one simple phone call. We sure appreciate them keeping our business and personal electronics running smoothly and making our lives easier. I would highly recommend KNS for any of your IT needs.

Took my laptop in for a serious problem, with the hard drive about to fail. They were able to replace it with a much better drive, add more RAM and completed the repairs in less than a day. Excellent service and very nice employees. They called me after I got home to check if everything was working well and asked me to call me if I had any questions!
